Det er en stor ære at blive internationalt anerkendt af et af verdens ledende arkitekturmagasiner ‘The Architectural Review’ - GAPS projektet har vundet The Architectural Review Healthcare Award 2016!
Ifølge AR’s anmeldelse repræsenterer projektet ikke kun en lys fremtid for de psykiatriske patienter i Slagelse, men også for hele fremtidens psykiatribyggeri.
Vi er stolte over den internationale opmærksomhed projektet har vakt. Vi glæder os på vegne af patienter, pårørende og personale over de forbedrede forhold for behandling af mennesker med psykiatriske diagnoser. For tegnetuen har det været spændende og udfordrende at arbejde med arkitektur for dem som måske har mest brug for det.

It is a great honor to receive international recognition from one of the worlds most respected architecture magazines ’The Architectural Review’ – our GAPS project has been announced as the winner of AR Healthcare Awards 2016!
‘While both patients and the staff at the new facility are still coming to terms with their new environment, it presents a bold future not only here, but for the entire type’, states the AR’s study.
We are very honored to receive the international recognition for the new psychiatric hospital in Slagelse in the form of the AR Healthcare Award. It has been an interesting process and a great challenge to develope new ways for the mental treatment and care. Therefore, it is very satisfying to receive acknowledgment for creating quality architecture for those who need it the most.
